We are seeking a skilled Guest Relations Officer to join our team at The Capital Hotels, Apartments & Resorts. As a key member of our Rooms Division Department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable stay.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and control all guest services
  • Administer Guest Service-related tasks
  • Maximise and grow production and utilisation in terms of accommodation revenues, conference revenues and Food and Beverage revenue
  • General Front Office duties
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and previous experience in Guest Relations. A Matric qualification and Hospitality Management Qualification or similar are required. Relevant Hospitality Management qualification is advantageous.
