Sales Growth Professional

At Fidelity Services Group, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Growth Professional to join our team. This role is responsible for driving business growth by securing new clients and expanding existing relationships.
The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of sales experience in a similar position, with a strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. A sales diploma or equivalent qualifications are also required. Additionally, the ideal candidate will be professional and well-presented at all times, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other means.
- Provide expert advice and solutions to clients' security needs.
- Conduct site surveys to assess client requirements and prepare proposals.
- Ensure timely submission of quotations to clients.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of sales experience in a similar position.
- Sales diploma or equivalent qualifications.
- Professional and well-presented at all times.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
