Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales Growth Specialist to join our Sustainable Technology - Distribution Division. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with customers to promote the sale of Rubicon products and drive sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to grow sales and expand customer relationships.
  • Identify new business opportunities and qualify leads to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer communications and contact information through internal platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in external sales consulting within the solar energy industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering results-driven sales performance.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
