HR and Payroll Coordinator

Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire payroll process, ensuring accurate entry of employee information, salaries, overtime, bonuses, commissions, and handling terminations and promotions. This includes reconciling the monthly payroll summary, processing payroll on time, and uploading payroll data into the bank for approval.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the payroll process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Reconcile the monthly payroll summary, identifying and resolving any discrepancies or errors
- Process payroll on time, meeting deadlines and ensuring timely payment to employees
- Handle UIF applications, salary sheets, and other related tasks
- Ensure compliance with employment regulations, overseeing pension fund management and tax filings
- Contribute to the annual audit process, ensuring payroll records are accurate and up-to-date
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Sage 300 proficiency (Non-Negotiable)
- Strong understanding of HR policies and Employment Law
Estimated Salary: R120,000 - R150,000 per annum
