About the Role
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve business objectives and improve customer engagement.
  • Work closely with Operational Bankers to ensure that customers' lending needs are met and portfolio is 100% self-funded through the attraction of correctly priced deposits.
  • Identify and capitalize on cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to increase revenue streams.
  • Achieve non-interest revenue targets and continuously improve turnaround times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met.
  • Risk Management: Ensure risk metrics stay within set parameters for the portfolio and support Operational Bankers in all risk-related credit issues.
  • Compliance: Adhere to AML/KYC, market conduct, and customer experience policies, as well as complete all compliance training.
  • Professional Development: Identify areas for personal and professional growth and develop strategies to achieve them.

Requirements
  • Relevant degree and FAIS RE5 competence.
  • Minimum 10 years of general banking experience and 5 years as a Relationship Manager in medium/large segment.
  • Credit experience is a must, along with proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, resilience, stress tolerance, integrity, and work ethic skills.
