Job Title: Sales Professional

Job Description:

Salesworx is seeking a skilled Sales Professional to join our team in the Gauteng region. As a Sales Professional, you will be responsible for developing and implementing dealer sales strategies, managing dealer performance, and providing support to dealers with sales and marketing efforts.



Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement dealer sales strategies
  • Manage dealer performance
  • Support dealers with sales and marketing efforts
  • Provide product training to dealers
  • Expand dealer network
  • Plan and report on weekly sales
  • Support dealer sales processes
  • Monitor market and competitor activity
  • Manage dealer relationships
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues
  • Attend to daily quotations and leads within 24 hours and follow up on quotations within 48 hours
  • Load leads, quotes, and clients onto Reddot and update opportunities on Reddot
  • Manage tenders
  • Attend industry events and dealer meetings


Requirements:


  • Grade 12 (Matric) is a minimum requirement
  • A relevant degree or diploma is an advantage
  • Any medical and marketing qualifications would be a definite advantage



Experience Required:




  • Medical experience is a preference and previous experience in a similar position would be an advantage
  • Knowledge of the target group of customers will be an advantage
  • Computer literacy and proficiency on MS Office, specifically Excel (level 2 at least) and MS Word is a requirement for this position
  • Clinical and product knowledge will be a definite advantage
  • Existing relationships with customer base will be a definite advantage

Requirements
