Commercial Portfolio Manager Lead: Driving Growth

Nedbank is seeking an experienced Commercial Portfolio Manager Lead to drive growth and revenue through effective management of existing clients and acquisition of new commercial customers.
Estimated Salary RangeR1,200,000 - R1,800,000 per annum, based on experience and location.
Job Responsibilities- Client Management: Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value commercial clients through strategic relationship building, cross-selling, and upselling.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry knowledge and market insights to drive revenue growth.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial needs analysis to identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with key internal stakeholders, including credit managers, to ensure seamless execution of client engagement plans.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to relevant regulatory requirements and bank policies, minimizing risk exposure.
- Advanced Diplomas/National 1st Degrees
- Minimum 5 years' banking experience in a commercial portfolio management position
- BCom (Financial Management/Accounting)/ BSc Agri)
- Account Planning
- Targeting Sales Opportunities
- Driving Successful Customer Engagements
