We are seeking an experienced National Sales Director to join our team at ADvTECH. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the sales efforts across the country, driving revenue growth and ensuring that we meet our financial targets.

Job Summary

The National Sales Director will be responsible for developing and implementing a sales strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives. This will involve managing a team of sales professionals, building relationships with key clients, and identifying new business opportunities.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in sales leadership, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving sales performance. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a sales strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Manage a team of sales professionals, providing coaching and guidance to ensure they have the tools and support they need to succeed.
  • Build relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive better results.
Requirements
  • A degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2-5 years' experience in a sales leadership role.
  • A proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving sales performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
