The Executive Head of National Sales and Marketing plays a critical role in driving sales performance and customer satisfaction across all regions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement the National FTTH Sales & Marketing Strategy, including Channel strategy and LSD.
  • Monitor FTTH sales targets across all regions and create sales incentive models to drive results.
  • Create awareness of FTTH via Home Internet Campaigns, Bitstream advertising, and Digital Media, and drive sales performance by delivering customer-focused solutions.
  • Lead national Fixed Services sales team members to achieve and exceed sales targets, negotiate agreements with key stakeholders, and develop performance metrics.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports and forecasts, research new market opportunities, and provide timely and effective solutions aligned with customer requirements.

Skillset Required:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent, with sales and/or marketing qualifications.
  • 10 years' experience in managing sales/marketing portfolios, with a proven track record of delivery against targets.
  • Experience managing high-performance sales teams, knowledge of CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to communicate, present, and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
