Job Title: CRM Project Manager - Systems Integration Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Project Manager to lead the development and management of project plans for systems integration projects within HubSpot. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage project plans to ensure successful delivery of systems integration projects.
  • Manage project scheduling and budget planning to meet stakeholder needs.
  • Streamline project tracking, reporting, and administration to ensure timely preparation of briefs and resolution of unclear or incomplete situations.
  • Effectively communicate with stakeholders to ensure project progress aligns with client goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
  • Mid-level years of experience at a senior level working systems integrations projects.
  • Proficiency in Project Management Methodologies, preferably with formal training.
  • Experience in a Consultancy, Agency, or Software development organization is highly desirable.
