iGrow Wealth Investments, a leading property investment company, is seeking a highly skilled CRM Business Analyst to join their team in Cape Town.

Requirements:

  • Matric
  • A degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field
  • 3-5 years experience in a CRM Analyst role preferably in financial services
  • Self-starter with strong initiative and problem-solving skills
  • Track record of leveraging industry and internal proof points
  • Ability to handle a large number of projects and deadline-driven
  • Self-motivated and able to complete tasks with minimal instruction
  • Highly organized
  • Work from the office
  • Hands-on experience with popular CRM systems like Salesforce, Zoho, and Pipedrive is crucial.
  • Experience in business analysis, particularly in understanding business processes and translating them into technical requirements, is essential.
  • Experience in managing or supporting CRM-related projects, including implementation, customization, and integration with other systems.
  • Familiarity with the industry in which the CRM will be applied, e.g., finance, is beneficial.

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Lead day-to-day system management and optimization.
  • Optimizing software to the best of its ability.
  • Reporting, updating, account sorting, account ranking, data entry, and account management.
  • Organizing and analyzing marketing and customer data and helping Sales and Marketing teams.
  • Analytical and data-driven approach to creating new revenue opportunities.
  • Knowledge of customer acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Creating new policies and optimizing the relevant systems usage with the Sales teams.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Social and emotional intelligence to tailor interactions for internal stakeholders.
  • Extensive product knowledge of Zoho, Pipedrive, and Salesforce.
  • Technology skills in multiple CRM systems, software, and applications.
