Administrative Coordinator

This role requires a student in their final year of study who can provide proof of their enrollment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Technical Department and sites
- Coordinate employee movements and ensure smooth operations
- Manage employee sick leave and relief coordination
- Order and distribute PPE as needed
- Manage staff overtime and time sheets, ensuring timely sign-off
- Respond to emails within 24 hours
- Administer site and technical assets, maintaining an up-to-date register
- Ensure adherence to systems and procedures
- Prepare invoices and quotes for clients
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by management
- Maintain accurate filing systems
Requirements:
- Grade 12 qualification
- Experience in high-volume administration, preferably in invoicing or accounting
- High level of English literacy
- Ability to work under pressure
- Availability to work every second Saturday
- Reliable transportation for overtime work
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Reliable transportation
- Knowledge of Sage Evolution and Sales Force would be an advantage
- Basic understanding of Excel is required
