**Leading manufacturing company seeking seasoned HR Generalist in Emalahleni surrounding area.**

**QUALIFICATIONS**:
Grade 12 with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management / Industrial Relations Management.

**REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**:

- Minimum 5 years hands-on HR Generalist experience.
- Sound knowledge of labour laws (BCEA, EEA, SDA, LRA)
- Previous experience in a Manufacturing, Unionised environment.
- Recruitment, Selection and On-boarding Practices
- Training, Development and Succession Planning Practices
- Performance Management Practices
- Budgeting
- Employment Equity Compliance Practices
- Biometric System - Time & Attendance (ERS) and staff scheduling
- Payroll Administration & Employee Benefits Administration
- Advanced computer skills in MS Office (Strong Excel)
- Strong Administration Skills
- Focused on detail and accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure and independently
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Deadline driven, results orientated and solution driven
- Able to analyse data, flag risks and report on trends

**RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO**:

- Coordinate and perform recruitment and selection functions
- Conduct Induction and On-boarding on HR practices and ensure departmental induction takes place
- Manage and drive Performance Review process and advise on appropriate steps
- Manage administration of documentation relating to injuries on duty
- Manage and co-ordinating employment equity activities
- Manage and coordinate all training requirements and succession planning
- Ensure accurate submission of HR documentation for payroll processing
- Administer Time & Attendance System for payroll processing
- Drive culture initiatives
- Drive corrective action and grievance processes
- Disciplinary Hearing process support (charges, documentation, evidence pack preparation, track and control) including Industrial Relations engagement with Union and Wage Negotiations
- Ensure accurate payroll document submission.
- Track, control and analyse HR practices and compile monthly and quarterly HR reports
- Ensure labour law compliance and respond to internal and external Audits

**Salary**: R25,000.00 - R35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Witbank, Mpumalanga: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelors (required)

**Experience**:

- HR/IR within unionised Manufacturing industry: 5 years (required)
