Job Title: Billing Administrator
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Billing Administrator to join our team at Persona Staff. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for processing statements, invoicing customers, and reconciling accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process statements and invoices in a timely and accurate manner
- Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate records
- Provide exceptional client service and respond to customer inquiries
- Process purchase orders and track their status
- Perform general ad hoc duties as required
Requirements:
- 3-4 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong experience with Excel and computer literacy
- Bilingual in Afrikaans and English
- Matric certificate
- Excellent organizational and client service skills
