Job Title: Billing Administrator

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Billing Administrator to join our team at Persona Staff. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for processing statements, invoicing customers, and reconciling accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process statements and invoices in a timely and accurate manner
  • Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate records
  • Provide exceptional client service and respond to customer inquiries
  • Process purchase orders and track their status
  • Perform general ad hoc duties as required

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong experience with Excel and computer literacy
  • Bilingual in Afrikaans and English
  • Matric certificate
  • Excellent organizational and client service skills
