  3. Remit monthly contributions, meeting payment deadlines and regulatory requirements.
  4. Prepare payroll-related reports for the manager, highlighting key financial metrics.
  5. Update employee information on the system, maintaining accurate records and data integrity.
  6. Run month-end processes, reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies.
  7. Maintain payroll records and reports, ensuring easy access and analysis.
  8. Collaborate with Group Human Resources to develop payroll strategies aligned with business objectives.
  9. Ensure accurate record-keeping, adhering to regulatory requirements and internal controls.
  10. Manage year-end processing and reconciliation, including payment summaries, to ensure tax compliance.

Requirements:

  1. Matric / Grade 12 qualification or equivalent, demonstrating academic excellence.
  2. Business Accounting or a related field preferred, showcasing a strong foundation in financial principles.
  3. MUST have 3 years' experience working with SAGE VIP Software, highlighting expertise and proficiency.
  4. MUST BE FULLY VACCINATED and provide proof, prioritizing team health and safety.
  5. Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) is a plus, enhancing data management capabilities.
  6. Preference will be given to candidates from East Rand, acknowledging local talent and community involvement.
