Office Administrator

The Accounts Administrator will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial processing and reporting, working under the guidance of the Group Accountant.
Responsibilities :
- Cashbook processing, ensuring accuracy and timely updates
- Reconciling petty cash and credit card statements
- Intercompany loan accounts reconciliation
- Preparation and submission of statutory returns (VAT, EMP)
- Payroll processing and related administrative duties
- Ad hoc administrative support as required
Qualifications & Requirements :
- Matric Certificate (Essential)
- Accounting Training (Formal qualification in accounting or related field)
- Minimum 2 years' experience in an accounting environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Clear credit & criminal check
Personal Attributes :
- Strong attention to detail
- Organized and methodical
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
