The Accounts Administrator will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial processing and reporting, working under the guidance of the Group Accountant.

Responsibilities :

  • Cashbook processing, ensuring accuracy and timely updates
  • Reconciling petty cash and credit card statements
  • Intercompany loan accounts reconciliation
  • Preparation and submission of statutory returns (VAT, EMP)
  • Payroll processing and related administrative duties
  • Ad hoc administrative support as required

Qualifications & Requirements :

  • Matric Certificate (Essential)
  • Accounting Training (Formal qualification in accounting or related field)
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in an accounting environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Clear credit & criminal check

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Organized and methodical
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
