Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  1. Developing and implementing remuneration policies, ensuring compliance with labor legislation such as the Basic Conditions of Employment Act and Pay Equity regulations.
  2. Managing the payroll towards the delivery of accurate and timeous payment of salaries and overseeing the accurate processing of all payroll transactions.
  3. Conducting benchmarking to ensure the organization remains competitive in the market.
  4. Preparing monthly and annual statistical and regulatory reporting for the operation, including statutory reporting to the DoL and SARS regulatory reporting.
