Job Overview:

Integration Resourcing is seeking an experienced Remuneration and Benefits Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing effective remuneration strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives. You will also oversee the management of employee benefits, ensuring that they are competitive and meet the needs of our staff.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement remuneration strategies that support the company's business objectives.
  • Manage the development and implementation of employee benefits programs.
  • Analyze compensation trends and prepare reports for management on the effectiveness of remuneration strategies.
  • Monitor key metrics such as turnover rates linked to compensation satisfaction.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Finance, or a related field (NQF Level 7).
  • Advanced certifications such as SARA Reward Specialist or GRP certification are advantageous.
  • Minimum of 6 years in a remuneration or benefits management /senior specialist role.
  • Advanced end to end payroll management and administration experience payroll systems aligned to business banking.
