Contract Administrator

This role involves the accurate interpretation and loading of contract information into the Company Business System, including rates, allocation, and content. It also requires quality control of contract information loaded into the system, with attention to detail to check contract information and rates.
Key Responsibilities:- Accurate capturing and maintenance of product, rates, and content into the company business system within the timeframe provided.
- Maintain high accuracy and productivity level by managing workload and meeting deadlines.
- Detail-orientated
- Travel and Tourism Certificate / Qualification
- Excel Course (advantage)
- Minimum 2 years experience in the travel industry preferably in a contracts environment
- Experience with reading and interpreting contracts (an advantage)
- Good geographical knowledge
- Good understanding of room types and categories of hotel rooms and multiple elements of a contract
- Computer literate with working knowledge of MS Office Applications - Outlook, Office, Excel, Word, etc
- Accurate and analytical
- Must be detail orientated
- Effective Communication Skills
- The ability to multi-task and time management skills are essential
- Able to work well in a fast-paced environment and be able to meet deadlines
