Job Summary

LMP RECRUIT is seeking a highly skilled Contract Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Monitor and implement processes to ensure effective and efficient process/variability control.
  2. Ensure implementation of HR/SHEQ policies and procedures.
  3. Manage contract profitability and work in progress for maintenance and chargeable work.
  4. Participate in the handovers/delivery of machines with sales.
  5. Manage the load testing process and ensure all machines comply with legal requirements.
  6. Ensure company assets are managed in accordance with company procedures and policies.
  7. Monitor dispatch of products/delivery against targets and take timeous corrective action.
  8. Follow up on quoting on additional work required as applicable.
  9. Track, analyze, and report on service levels matrices.
  10. Carry out random inspections on customers' equipment.
  11. Collect monthly excess hours.
  12. Evaluate market-related pricing and competitive information.
  13. Manage the quality of Product Support services and liaise with the Rental/Short Term Rentals team.
  14. Ensure compliance of support delivery and case resolution with stated service level agreements (SLAs).
  15. Submit weekly reports accurately and on time.
  16. Liaise with customers and resolve disputes.
  17. Document contractual issues and manage contractual documentation effectively.
  18. Lead and direct major contracts under the service of support area.
  19. Process warranty claims for breakdowns and repairs.
  20. Develop business plans and budgets.

Requirements

Grade 12, coupled with a relevant Tertiary qualification. Good Excel skills and proficiency on Autoline are definite advantages.
