We are seeking a highly skilled Property Management Specialist to manage the financial and administrative aspects of our property management business. This includes managing daily transactions, reconciliations, banking, creditors, debtors, and debit orders.

As a seasoned professional, you will have a deep understanding of financial regulations and procedures. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records.

  • Manage daily transactions, including importing bank statements, performing allocations, and ensuring daily balances are accurate.
  • Reconcile all related accounts, including supplier reconciliations, investment reconciliations, and control account reconciliations.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including tax, CIPC, and other statutory requirements.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual who possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with other departments to achieve our business objectives.

  • Grade 12 with Mathematics/Accounting or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and procedures.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
