Business Development Executive

Job Description:
Masedi Electric Serve is looking for a results-driven sales representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects in Industrial Electrical and Instrumentation. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.
Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out new customers through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Meet or exceed sales targets by achieving agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Establish, develop, and maintain professional, positive business and customer relationships.
- Monitor competitors' sales activities.
- Understand customer needs and requirements.
- Coordinate sales efforts with marketing programs.
- Maintain client records.
- Cross-sell products/services.
- Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects.
- Negotiate contracts and prices.
- Plan sales strategies.
- Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects.
- Stay up-to-date with new products/services.
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
- Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales and status reports.
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
- Continuously improve through feedback.
