About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Developer to join our team at Dante Personnel. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the strategic growth of our firm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including potential clients, partnerships, and markets.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with our attorneys and marketing team to create and execute client development plans.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs.
  • Communication and Presentation: Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Monitor and report on business development activities and results, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Industry Representation: Represent our firm at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance visibility and build professional connections.
  • Marketing Support: Work with our Marketing department to ensure digital marketing initiatives are aligned with business objectives.
  • Tender and Panel Support: Assist and develop tender documents and panel applications.
Requirements
  • Qualification: Qualification in Business, Marketing, Law, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in business development, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the legal industry and its market.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using CRM software and other business development tools.
