We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Sales Growth Specialist to join our team at Salesworx. As a Sales Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for driving ticketing growth by finding and engaging with new client prospects.
Key Responsibilities- Lead-sourcing and qualification across different verticals and event-types.
- First point of contact for incoming prospects.
- Working collaboratively with Marketing to develop sales campaigns and propositions.
- Helping with client account administration, pitch preparation and demos.
- Attending client meetings with members of the Sales team.
- Ability to multi-task with excellent organisation and planning skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to spot / create opportunities.
- Excellent process and communication skills.
- Go-getting attitude – you're ambitious and believe you get out what you put in.
- Self-starters. You will get trained and you are part of a team, but we are moving fast and need people who can think for themselves.
- You must have the right to work in South Africa.
- An understanding of ticketing and event management, including if you have repped for events companies or created your own event.
- Sales or account management experience at another fast-growing technology company.
- University degree
