Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, concerns, and requests using empathetic and professional communication
- Anticipate and address guest needs, taking initiative to resolve issues and exceed expectations
- Collaborate with colleagues to provide cohesive and efficient service
- Stay informed about local attractions, events, and services to make recommendations and enhance guest experiences
- Ensure uniformity in appearance, language, and behavior while interacting with guests and colleagues

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education preferred
- At least 6 months of experience in a similar role; supervisory experience not necessary
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Strong knowledge of local area and its offerings
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel software applications
