Key Responsibilities

The role involves:
  • Reconciling expenses and completing relevant spreadsheets
  • Booking flights, cars, and hotel reservations locally and internationally
  • Managing meetings and events, ensuring optimal time utilization and effective communication
  • Capturing, screening, and storing correspondence and data

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Senior Personal Assistant
  • A diploma in Financial Management or Business Administration
  • Strong banking procedures and governance knowledge
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
