Business Development Executive

Fusion Personnel seeks a skilled Business Development Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact new and existing customers to discuss their needs and explain how our products and services can meet those needs.
- Cold-calling and canvassing for new business opportunities.
- Completing call sheets and submitting them on a weekly basis.
- Answering customers' questions about our product ranges, prices, availability, product uses, and credit terms.
- Quoting prices, credit terms, and completing and submitting tender documentation timeously.
- Negotiating prices and terms of sales and service agreements.
- Ensuring mutually agreeable solutions to problems experienced by customers.
- Maintaining customer records using automated systems.
- Identifying prospective customers by using business directories, following leads from existing clients, and attending trade shows and conferences.
- Preparing sales contracts for orders obtained and submitting orders for processing.
- Selecting the correct products or assisting customers in making product selections based on customers' needs.
- Collaborating with colleagues to exchange information, such as selling strategies and marketing information.
- Preparing sales presentations and proposals that explain product specifications and applications.
- Demonstrating and explaining the operation and use of products.
- Providing customers with ongoing technical support.
- Informing customers of estimated delivery schedules.
- Attending sales and trade meetings and reading related publications.
