Job Title: Sales Executive
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Careers In Motion. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, securing new clients, and building lasting relationships within their assigned area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scheduling of business appointments with the client base/book
- Achieve individual targets
- Maintain existing business
- Identify & grow client base and revenue through selling of additional supply chain products
- Establish customer needs, developing opportunities and grow customer base
- Update call report and sales force daily
- Prepare and present proposals and presentations to clients
- Effectively and efficiently deal with client queries
- Identify and escalate possible threats to existing business
- Scheduling of new business appointments
- Cold calling
- Generate new sales leads and acquire new customers
- Selling of the full supply chain products
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in business or any other relevant field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the logistics and shipping industry
- Valid Drivers Licence and own reliable vehicle
- Proven track record of attaining organizational and personal sales objectives
- Results Oriented
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are advantageous
- Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
- Proficient in working with Global and local leaders to develop short and long-term goals that are specific to the commercial organization
- Results Oriented
- Strong Negotiation Skills, incorporating various strategies and desired outcomes
