Sales Account Manager

Join Ideal & Selected Candidates in Mbombela and Emalahleni as a Sales Account Manager, responsible for driving sales growth and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field
  • Proven track record of sales success, preferably in ICT, office automation, or telecommunications
  • Strong knowledge of hardware, cloud services, and service level agreements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory
