Financial Administrator

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Administrator to join our team at Sisol Projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and bank statements.
- Transaction Processing: Process and reconcile financial transactions, including supplier and customer invoices, payments, and receipts.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including SARS requirements and statutory returns.
- Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to management, including trial balances, income statements, and balance sheets.
- Asset Management: Maintain accurate records of assets, including fixed assets, inventory, and other assets.
- Other Duties: Perform other duties as required to ensure the smooth operation of the financial function.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: Certificate or Diploma in Bookkeeping and Accounting, with at least 4-6 years of relevant experience.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, including SARS requirements and compliance. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role, with a strong track record of accuracy and attention to detail.
