Financial Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Administrator to provide financial and administrative support to our Financial Controller. The successful candidate will ensure accurate and reliable financial data is produced at all times.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the preparation of management accounts, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Reconcile general ledger (GL) accounts and balance sheet accounts, identifying any discrepancies or anomalies.
- Contribute to the preparation of monthly financial and spend reports, highlighting key variances from the budget.
- Implement and maintain appropriate systems and internal controls to safeguard financial integrity, adhering to regulatory requirements.
- Completed Financial qualification, with a strong understanding of financial policies and procedures.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with Sage experience.
- Strong Excel skills, with the ability to interpret and explain complex financial data.
The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
