The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and supply chain management, with a minimum of five years' experience in a similar role. They will be responsible for managing key relationships with packhouses, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and other stakeholders outside the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage grower deliveries to cold stores to meet allocation requirements.
- Optimize cold store logistics by identifying trends and staying ahead of the curve.
- Forecast vessel and container requirements to minimize delays.
