Marketplace Growth Manager

We are seeking an experienced New Accounts Manager to join our team at Amazon. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for recruiting and launching new sellers on Amazon's Marketplace and helping them expand their businesses through strategic partnerships with Amazon.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, prospecting, and stakeholder management, with excellent communication and negotiation skills. If you are a motivated and results-driven individual who can work in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with high-potential selling partners and develop long-term strategies to drive growth and revenue for these partners.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and implement scalable solutions to enhance the seller experience.
- Work closely with internal teams to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in sales, prospecting, and stakeholder management
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience within the e-commerce or retail fields
- Analytical and strategic skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
