Responsibilities:
- Manage sales processes, systems, and procedures to drive business growth and efficiency.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and forecast sales performance.
- Onboard and train new sales team members to ensure seamless integration into the team.
- Identify opportunities to improve the business for all sellers through scalable solutions and manage the roll-out of these solutions.
- Conduct deep dives to understand root causes of seller performance and actions to accelerate growth.
- Work closely with teams to identify growth opportunities and develop strategic plans to achieve them.
- Identify and manage projects to improve customer and seller experience, working closely with internal and external teams.
- Own the strategy and provide insights and best practices to improve sales efficiency and effectiveness across the team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline sales processes and implement data-driven strategies.
- Provide account managers with tools to conduct regular business reviews with clients, presenting performance metrics and growth opportunities.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of sales operations tools and methodologies.
- Partner with multiple teams on the definition and tracking of SOPs within our CRM tool.
- Own sales data hygiene and address data quality and integrity issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience in sales operations, preferably in e-commerce.
