Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in Cape Town. As a key member of our sales and service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Sales:
- Meet or exceed sales targets through effective selling skills, product knowledge, and relationship building with clients.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities and promote relevant Nedbank products and services to clients.
- Customer Service:
- Provide personalized support to clients, addressing their needs and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Problem Solving:
- Analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions that meet client needs and drive business results.
- Collaborate with colleagues to resolve issues and improve processes.
- Client Education:
- Educate clients on how to use digital channels, self-service options, and alternative cash solutions.
- Drive digital adoption by encouraging clients to adopt new technologies and services.
- A diploma in a relevant field (e.g., customer service, sales, finance) is required.
- 1-2 years of experience in retail banking, sales, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other technology tools is a plus.
- A competitive salary: R250,000 - R350,000 per annum, based on experience.
