Nexio is a leading ICT solution provider with a strong presence in the South African market. As a Sales Director, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our managed services offerings through strategic partnerships.
About the Role
- We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our channel growth strategy, focusing on identifying and onboarding new partners in the ICT sector.
- You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to maximize revenue growth and expand our market presence.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of new partners into our ecosystem.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Channel Strategy Planning: Develop and refine a strategic plan for expanding our network of indirect channels.
- Partner Onboarding: Implement a structured onboarding process for new partners.
- Sales Presentation and Proposal Delivery: Conduct high-level presentations to decision-makers within partner organizations.
- Revenue Strategy Development: Design initiatives to increase net sales revenue through indirect channels.
- Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years in sales and channel management, with experience in account management and channel/partner management.
- Strong financial acumen, forecasting, and business development skills.
- Salary: R850,000 - R1,200,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
- Location: Johannesburg or Cape Town.
