About the Role

  • We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our channel growth strategy, focusing on identifying and onboarding new partners in the ICT sector.
  • You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to maximize revenue growth and expand our market presence.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of new partners into our ecosystem.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Channel Strategy Planning: Develop and refine a strategic plan for expanding our network of indirect channels.
    • Partner Onboarding: Implement a structured onboarding process for new partners.
    • Sales Presentation and Proposal Delivery: Conduct high-level presentations to decision-makers within partner organizations.
    • Revenue Strategy Development: Design initiatives to increase net sales revenue through indirect channels.
  • Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Technology, or a related field.
    • Minimum 8 years in sales and channel management, with experience in account management and channel/partner management.
    • Strong financial acumen, forecasting, and business development skills.
  • Salary: R850,000 - R1,200,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
  • Location: Johannesburg or Cape Town.
