Job Summary:

Oxyon People Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for growing delegate sales across our conference portfolios by generating leads, building relationships with conference delegates, and closing their participation on our various conference campaigns.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Sell delegate packages to existing or new clients, in accordance with set targets to ensure the revenue budget is achieved and exceeded.
  • Exceed sales revenue targets for each event project and introduce new revenue from as wide a pool of potential clients.
  • Maintain excellent customer relations and have a thorough understanding of the markets in which you are selling as well as the client's customer base.
  • Work in a team environment cross-functionally and identify specific issues of interest.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling on other campaigns for colleagues.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Achievement of sales revenue targets within timelines.
  • Number of effective calls or client meetings made per week.
  • Delegates satisfaction levels.
  • Timely & accurate reporting of sales results and activities.
