Payroll Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Operations Coordinator to join our team at Neptune. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the payroll process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payments.

Key Responsibilities- Prepare and process payroll inputs and outputs on the Sage 300 system.
- Capture new employees, leave, terminations, and ensure accuracy of payroll processing.
- Monitor monthly variances and maintain employee records.
- Generate third-party schedules for distribution by the last day of every month.
- Calculate pro-rated salary and benefits, validate and import MIS sheets, and balance benefit changes.
- Familiarity with E-Filing and tax directives.
- Liaise professionally with staff regarding pay queries and assist with leave inquiries.
- Prepare all payments in a timely manner and adhere to SLA's on Jira tickets.
- Balance pension and provident fund schedules and generate advanced reports as requested.
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for growth and development.
