Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced administrative professional to join our team at Phaki Personnel. As a Personal Assistant and INSCOM Secretary, you will provide exceptional support to our Director and INSCOM members, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and administrative tasks are completed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Personal Assistant to Director: Provide administrative support to the Director, including diary management, meeting logistics, and international and local travel arrangements.
  • INSCOM Secretary: Assist with typing of reports, collate inspectors' evaluation forms, and attend to queries from registered auditors and firms.
  • Administrative Support: Reconcile, track, and distribute decision letters and findings reports to firms and registered auditors, administer and prepare memorandums and supporting documents for the investigations Department, and manage INSCOM claims.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also need to be proficient in administrative software and have a strong attention to detail.
