Job Title: Senior Business Development Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing business growth strategies to drive sales revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business growth plans to drive sales revenue
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through account expansion and customer acquisition
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant field (business administration, economics, marketing, science...)
  • 5+ years of experience in sales or business development
  • Proven track record of driving sales revenue growth
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
