Sales Business Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Representative to join our team at Abantu Staffing Solutions. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and lead generation
- BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS TO ENHANCE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments to enhance product knowledge and make informed sales decisions
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer service and satisfaction
- Ensure client retention through regular liaison and corporate branding efforts
- Matric and a minimum qualification in related fields such as marketing and sales management
- Extensive sales experience (at least 5 years) in Food Services, Cleaning, and Packaging industries
- Experience in new business development and network building
- Knowledge and understanding of the hospitality industry, including competitors and market trends
- Track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving business objectives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Cultural sensitivity and ability to work effectively with diverse clients
- Valid SA Driver's license and own reliable transportation
- Fluent in both English and Afrikaans
- Manage large accounts and provide exceptional customer service to ensure loyalty and retention
- Network with potential clients to identify new business opportunities
- Pursue all leads generated by marketing efforts and individual leads
- Portray a friendly, professional behavior and appearance to create a positive atmosphere that increases chances of repeat business and referrals
- Make suggestions to management on ways to maximize business relationships and create an environment for optimal customer service
- Overtime may be required from time to time to meet business objectives and deadlines
