Sales and Business Development Professional

Kwena Human Capital is currently looking to hire a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Business Development Professional to join their growing team in East London.
This role offers an exciting opportunity for the right individual to take on a challenging sales representative position within the generator industry and commercial and industrial sectors. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with current and future customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth through effective marketing and sales strategies.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will also have a strong understanding of the generator industry and commercial and industrial markets, as well as experience in sales and business development.
Key responsibilities include:
- Achieving agreed profitability targets by developing and implementing effective sales strategies
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with current and future customers through regular communication and site visits
- Identifying new business opportunities through market research and competitor analysis
- Developing and executing marketing plans to increase brand awareness and drive sales growth
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
