Crew Life at Sea is seeking an Executive Culinary Director to lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience as a Japanese Chef in a high-volume, fine dining establishment and possess extensive knowledge of Japanese cuisine, ingredients, and cooking techniques.

As a key member of our team, the Executive Culinary Director will be responsible for:

  • Creating and developing new menu items that showcase traditional and modern Japanese cuisine
  • Managing inventory and controlling food costs to meet budget guidelines
  • Training and supervising kitchen staff in proper food handling and preparation techniques
  • Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, following all safety and sanitation regulations
