Culinary Operations Executive

The Catering Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen area.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing food/labour costs
- Implementation of the production process
- Managing events
- Overall understanding of HACCP
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food and beverage services or culinary arts and a minimum of 3 years of experience in progressive/kitchen management.

- Excellent customer service skills and people management skills
