Job Title: Marketing Manager

The Marketing Manager is a key role in our organization, responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies and tactics successfully, using a thorough understanding of the local market and the product offering.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop local commercial, marketing and promotional plans, in alignment with regional and global plans.
  • Deliver and regularly track the execution of marketing initiatives on the plan, manage local promotional plans, and participate in product launch projects from early stages.
  • Collaborate with local Commercial and Finance heads for the tracking and management of the budget, and provide input and align with Region/BU on customer segmentation, value proposition, product positioning, competition, and pricing.
  • Roll-out marketing plans and sales tactics at sales meetings, track and report progress of annual tactical plans, and collaborate with ID Sales Scientific Liaison and Medical Affairs to deploy training.
  • Collaborate with regional and global teams in the management of relationships with clinical experts and opinion leaders, and participate in ad-hoc special projects.
Requirements:
  • Proven minimum 5 years marketing experience in diagnostics arena, or other healthcare area, with knowledge in Infectious Diseases field considered an asset.
  • Master or equivalent degree preferred, in the field of Biological Sciences preferred.
  • Proven knowledge of the healthcare system in the local markets, proven marketing and sales success track record, with strengths in both strategic and tactical management.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English and French, proven ability to deliver goals in a fast-paced, matrixed organization, and effective communication and collaboration with all key stakeholders.
