Experiential Marketing Operations Director

Job Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to join our team as an Operations Director.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Advisory and Reporting:
Provide strategic advice to the Managing Director and management team, ensuring alignment with the company's mission and vision. Regularly report results and findings to key stakeholders, highlighting areas of improvement and opportunities for growth. - Resource Management:
Effectively manage resources, including attracting, hiring, and retaining personnel, to ensure the team is equipped to deliver exceptional results. Ensure employees align with the company's strategic direction and contribute to achieving its mission. - Business Planning and Monitoring:
Develop and report on business plans, monitoring efficacy and progress, and making adjustments as needed to ensure revenue and sales targets are met. Continuously monitor the annual budget, identifying areas for cost optimization and revenue growth. - Initiative Implementation:
Research and implement new initiatives to drive revenue and lower operating costs, maintaining quality products that are competitive and delivering excellent customer support. - Marketing Strategy:
Manage and report on the effective implementation of a marketing strategy to maintain market relevance and promote products and services, ensuring alignment with the company's brand and messaging. - Key Relationships Management:
Effectively manage key personnel, clients, and service providers, fostering strong relationships and ensuring seamless collaboration. - Quality Assurance:
Maintain the quality of products, services, and customer support in line with service level agreements and other retention strategies, ensuring a positive customer experience. - Staff Wellness and Compliance:
Promote the wellness of staff, implementing policies in line with labor legislation and health and safety guidelines to create a diverse and positive working environment.
Relevant degree and qualifications, with previous experience in activations and experiential marketing. Strong leadership and strategic skills, with the ability to drive results and improve processes.
