Ad Talent Africa is seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to join our team as an Operations Director. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving the success of our experiential and activations agency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Advisory and Reporting: Provide strategic advice to our Managing Director and management team, and regularly report results and findings to key stakeholders.
  • Resource Management: Effectively manage resources, including attracting, hiring, and retaining personnel, and ensure that employees align with the company's strategic direction to achieve its mission.
  • Business Planning and Monitoring: Develop and report on business plans, monitoring efficacy and progress, and continuously monitor the annual budget to ensure revenue/sales targets are met.
  • Initiative Implementation: Research and implement new initiatives to drive revenue and lower operating costs, and maintain quality products that are competitive, while delivering excellent customer support.
  • Marketing Strategy: Manage and report on the effective implementation of a marketing strategy to maintain market relevance and promote products and services.
  • Key Relationships Management: Effectively manage key personnel, clients, and service providers.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain the quality of products, services, and customer support in line with service level agreements and other retention strategies.
  • Staff Wellness and Compliance: Promote the wellness of staff, and implement policies in line with labor legislation and health and safety guidelines to create a diverse and positive working environment.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Relevant degree and qualifications
  • Previous experience in activations and experiential marketing
