Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administration Manager to join our team at Persona Staff.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, managing office supplies and equipment, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the reception area, including answering calls and directing visitors.
  • Coordinate office activities, including scheduling meetings and interviews.
  • Prepare onboarding materials and conduct office tours for new employees.
  • Order office supplies and stationery as needed.
  • Manage cleaning staff schedules and duties.
  • Handle access tags, office keys, and assignments.
  • Maintain accurate records of key and tag forms and waiver forms.
  • Update attendance registers and leave records.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Bilingual in Afrikaans and English.
  • Diploma in Office Administration or equivalent.

Estimated Salary: R250,000 - R300,000 per annum.
