Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Answering and directing calls, as well as responding to emails and other correspondence
  • Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
  • Maintaining accurate records, files, and databases
  • Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external clients
Requirements
  • Matric certificate with Mathematics or equivalent qualification
  • Diploma in Office Administration or equivalent
  • 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
