Administrative Support Specialist

Seeking a friendly and organized Administrative Support Specialist to perform key duties such as greeting guests, managing the switchboard, sending emails, and maintaining a clean reception area. This role is ideal for an individual who can work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities- Switchboard Management: Manage the switchboard with 9 extensions, ensuring efficient call handling and communication with clients and staff.
- Email Administration: Send and respond to emails on Outlook, utilizing excellent written communication skills to maintain a professional tone.
- Document Services: Print and scan documents as needed, utilizing office equipment effectively.
- Reception Maintenance: Ensure the reception area is clean and tidy at all times, presenting a positive first impression for clients and visitors.
- Vacancy Promotion: Post vacancies on various job portals to attract top talent.
- Recruitment Assistance: Assist recruiters with searches, providing administrative support to ensure seamless hiring processes.
- Ad-Hoc Duties: Perform ad-hoc duties as requested by management or colleagues, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn.
- Education: Grade 12 or Senior Certificate is required.
- Licenses and Certifications: A valid driver's license is advantageous, but not essential.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is mandatory.
